EchoLab is a video podcast and content studio in Brussels, Belgium — based in Zaventem, right next to Brussels Airport. We record video podcasts, webinars and talking-head video in a 100+ m² studio with three shooting zones — light, dark and green screen — with an engineer on every session and in-house tools that speed up editing, subtitles and clips. Sessions start at €99 (excl. VAT): pick a format, a zone and the production you need, and the booking shows your price as you build.

Questions before you book
How does pricing work?
Every session starts at €99 for the studio. You build the rest in the booking — crew and cameras, editing, social clips, livestream — and the price updates live as you add. All prices excl. VAT; we confirm the final quote before anything is charged.
Can I just rent the studio without a crew?
Yes. Studio hire starts at €99/hour for a shooting zone with lighting. Add our engineer, cameras or a full production when you need them.
What happens on the day of the recording?
Arrive about 15 minutes before your slot. The studio is set — the engineer mics you up, runs a quick level check, and you record. You focus on the conversation; we handle the technical side.
What do I leave with, and in what formats?
It depends on the package. A turnkey podcast includes the edited 16:9 video, the audio file and 5 vertical clips for social. We agree the delivery timeline with you up front; if you want the raw footage on the day, bring a hard drive and we copy it over on the spot.
Do you film and edit, or is this just a room rental?
Both. It ranges from a bare shooting zone at €99/hour to a full production with crew, editing and social clips.
How many people can record at once?
Our sets comfortably seat panels of several guests, and for larger formats — seminars, bootcamps — we reconfigure the studio or film on location. Tell us your format and we'll set it up.
Do you shoot outside the studio?
Yes — add "On location" in the booking and we bring cameras, sound and lighting to your office or venue, anywhere in Belgium.
Do I own the footage and files?
Yes, outright. Bring a hard drive and we hand the recordings over right after the session; raw footage is available on request.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours' notice and we move you to the next available slot at no charge. Inside 24 hours, or a no-show, the booked time is charged.
Where are you, and is there parking?
Workways, Excelsiorlaan 44, 1930 Zaventem — Brussels region, about 5 minutes from Brussels Airport, with free parking. We shoot 7 days a week.
