This is the heart of the Hesbaye, on some of the richest soil in Belgium — cereals and sugar beet, orchards and pasture, big square-courtyard farms, and at Les Waleffes a château listed as exceptional heritage of Wallonia. There is no business park here and no film set for miles; what there is, is farmers selling direct, agricultural contractors, craftspeople, freelancers and associations who need video just as much as any city firm. Which is precisely why we travel: cameras, sound and lighting come to you and we record on the spot. Sessions start from €99. You can also record with us in our Brussels-region studio.

Where we film in Faimes
We film in all five villages: Borlez and its square, where the Ry de Mer farm welcomes visitors; Celles and Viemme; Aineffe with its Romanesque chapel; and Les Waleffes around the château and its grounds. A barn, a machine shed, a milking parlour, a home office, the village hall or an avenue of old trees — the set already exists. We arrive, set up and record, and nothing has to be hired or built.

Faimes lives from Hesbaye farming: arable crops and sugar beet, livestock, farm-gate sales, agricultural contractors and the suppliers around them. Add the craftspeople and freelancers, the many residents who commute to Liège, Waremme or Huy, and the school, clubs and associations that hold the villages together — plus heritage that receives visitors, from the château de Waleffe to the educational farm and the paths between the villages. Do you film on location in Faimes?
Yes — on-location is how we work by default, crew and equipment included. We come to Borlez, Celles, Viemme, Aineffe or Les Waleffes and film at your place: the farm, an office, a workshop or the village hall. If you would rather have a controlled set, you can also record with us in our Brussels-region studio.
Can you film on a farm or outdoors?
Yes, and Hesbaye farms make excellent sets — the square courtyard, the machine shed, a beet field, the milking parlour. We handle sound in noisy and windy conditions and we fit the shoot around your working hours rather than the other way round.
Faimes is a small village — is it worth it?
That is exactly the point: there is no studio nearby, so we bring the whole set-up to you. A single day on site is usually enough to record several episodes of a series, a short presentation film and a few interviews. The delivery schedule is agreed before we start.
How does pricing work?
Every session starts at €99. You build the rest in the booking — crew, editing, social clips, livestream, on-location — and the price updates live. All prices excl. VAT; we confirm the quote before anything is charged.
What do I leave with?
It depends on the package. A turnkey podcast includes the edited 16:9 video, the audio file and 5 vertical clips for social. We agree the delivery timeline with you when we plan the shoot.
Do I own the footage and files?
Yes, outright. Raw footage is available on request.
