Above the Hoyoux stands the castle of the counts of Marchin, home to the hydraulic wheel of Rennequin Sualem that later inspired the Machine de Marly at Versailles; the estate still guards a catchment that sends Condroz water to Brussels. Where we film in Modave
We film in the village of Modave and up at the château, in Strée around its church, its castle and the old Templar farm, in Vierset-Barse with its moated castle and library, in Outrelouxhe above the Fond d’Oxhe, and out at the hamlet of Limet. Farm offices, village halls, holiday cottages and meeting rooms all work as sets: we pick the quietest room, take control of the light, and film there.

Can you film at the Château de Modave or another heritage site?
We can, provided you arrange access and permission with the site itself. Heritage locations look superb on camera; we bring our own lighting and keep the setup compact, so the venue’s house rules are easy to respect.
What kind of video do small Condroz businesses order?
Mostly interview-based work: an owner or a specialist on camera, a recorded webinar or training session, and short clips cut from the same shooting day. We agree the deliverables and the delivery timeline before we start — editing takes the time it takes, and we say so up front.
How does pricing work?
Every session starts at €99. You build the rest in the booking — crew, editing, social clips, livestream, on-location — and the price updates live. All prices excl. VAT; we confirm the quote before anything is charged.
What do I leave with?
It depends on the package. A turnkey podcast includes the edited 16:9 video, the audio file and 5 vertical clips for social. We agree the delivery timeline with you when we plan the shoot.
Do I own the footage and files?
Yes, outright. Raw footage is available on request.
