EchoLab is a video podcast and content crew working across Ypres. Rebuilt stone by stone after the First World War, Ypres pairs world-famous remembrance heritage — the Menin Gate, the In Flanders Fields Museum and the reconstructed Cloth Hall — with a solid working economy of food processing and agri-food, manufacturing, SMEs and logistics in the business parks around the town. These are teams and institutions with a great deal to say on camera. We bring cameras, sound and lighting to your office anywhere in Ypres and film your video podcast, webinar or talking-head video on location — you lead the conversation, we handle the rest. Prefer a controlled set? You can also record with us in our Brussels-region studio. Sessions start from €99.

We come to you across Ypres
Where we film in Ypres
We film right across Ypres — the Grote Markt and the reconstructed Cloth Hall, the historic centre and the ramparts, and the business and industrial parks ringing the town. If your team sits near the Menin Gate, in the surrounding Westhoek villages, or out on one of the food and manufacturing zones, we bring the studio to you and set up in your own office, plant or meeting room.
Built for Ypres’s teams
Ypres runs on food and remembrance — a strong food-processing and agri-food sector, agriculture across the surrounding Westhoek, manufacturing and engineering, SMEs and logistics, alongside a heritage and remembrance-tourism scene known worldwide. These are the teams that record product and factory video, recruitment and training films, customer stories and founder-led podcasts — and cultural and educational organisations telling the region’s history on camera. That is exactly what our crew is built to produce.

Filming in Ypres — your questions
Do you film on location in Ypres?
Yes — we bring cameras, sound and lighting to your office, plant or venue anywhere in Ypres, from the Grote Markt and Cloth Hall to the surrounding business parks. If you would rather record on a controlled set, you can also book our Brussels-region studio.
Can you film heritage, museum and remembrance content in Ypres?
Yes. Ypres is a centre of First World War remembrance, and we regularly film interviews, guided talks and documentary-style video for cultural, educational and tourism organisations. We plan sensitive locations carefully and agree the full timeline with you before the shoot.
Do you work in Dutch, French and English?
Yes. Ypres is Flemish but welcomes visitors from around the world, so we shoot in Dutch and can also record in French and English for international audiences. Our in-house software adds subtitles and social clips per language, and delivery timing is agreed up front.
How does pricing work?
Every session starts at €99. You build the rest in the booking — crew, editing, social clips, livestream, on-location — and the price updates live. All prices excl. VAT; we confirm the quote before anything is charged.
What do I leave with?
It depends on the package. A turnkey podcast includes the edited 16:9 video, the audio file and 5 vertical clips for social. We agree the delivery timeline with you when we plan the shoot.
Do I own the footage and files?
Yes, outright. Raw footage is available on request.
