Set between the Zenne, the E19 and two canals, Zemst is really five villages at once — Zemst, Eppegem, Elewijt, Hofstade and Weerde — with Mechelen on one side and the Brussels belt on the other. The economy matches that in-between position: family-run SMEs and contractors, technical trades, transport and storage firms along the motorway and the N1, market gardens and farms on the valley floor, and a heavy layer of schools, sports clubs and care organisations. Sport Vlaanderen’s Hofstade domain, the Bos van Aa and Rubens’ Het Steen in Elewijt add a visitor economy on top. Nobody here needs to travel to film: we arrive with cameras, sound and lighting and record inside your own building, from €99. Our Brussels-region studio remains available.

We work across all five villages: the businesses along the Brusselsesteenweg and the E19 exit at Zemst, the workshops and yards of Eppegem and Weerde near the canal, the farms and event venues around Elewijt and the Rubenskasteel, and Hofstade with its Sport Vlaanderen domain, the Bos van Aa and the clubs that use them. Zemst-Laar, Zemst-Bos and the outlying hamlets are no harder — the van simply pulls up outside.

Filming in Zemst — your questions
Do you film on location in Zemst?
Yes. The crew comes to you with cameras, sound and lighting, whether your office is in Zemst centre, a workshop in Eppegem, a farm in Elewijt or a club building in Hofstade. There is no studio in the municipality, which is precisely why we bring one. Our Brussels-region studio is there if you want it.
Can you film at a sports venue or a club?
We regularly shoot in halls, clubhouses and training spaces — Zemst has an unusual sporting profile, from the Sport Vlaanderen domain in Hofstade to the only curling rink in the country. We handle the sound in echoing halls; you arrange access with the venue.
Do you also record at heritage locations such as the Rubenskasteel?
Where the owner or manager gives permission, yes — Het Steen in Elewijt and other estates are let out for events, and we can film your interview or podcast there. The shoot and the delivery timeline are agreed with you in advance.
How does pricing work?
Every session starts at €99. You build the rest in the booking — crew, editing, social clips, livestream, on-location — and the price updates live. All prices excl. VAT; we confirm the quote before anything is charged.
What do I leave with?
It depends on the package. A turnkey podcast includes the edited 16:9 video, the audio file and 5 vertical clips for social. We agree the delivery timeline with you when we plan the shoot.
Do I own the footage and files?
Yes, outright. Raw footage is available on request.
