We work in those settings regularly. The setup is compact and quiet, we film in a room you designate, and we follow your rules on privacy and consent for anyone in shot. The delivery timeline for the edited video is agreed before the recording day.
Can you cover a seminar or panel at a venue like the Bevegemse Vijvers?
Yes — seminars, bootcamps and panel discussions are a regular part of our work, whether the room is a hall at the sports complex, the cultural centre or your own auditorium. Raw footage can be handed over on the day; what gets edited, and by when, is agreed with you up front.
How does pricing work?
Every session starts at €99. You build the rest in the booking — crew, editing, social clips, livestream, on-location — and the price updates live. All prices excl. VAT; we confirm the quote before anything is charged.
What do I leave with?
It depends on the package. A turnkey podcast includes the edited 16:9 video, the audio file and 5 vertical clips for social. We agree the delivery timeline with you when we plan the shoot.
Do I own the footage and files?
Yes, outright. Raw footage is available on request.
